Here is a short guided imagery meditation that is designed to release stress around your head and shoulders. You can use this meditation at anytime of the day to relieve headaches and tension. You don't even need to leave your desk to have a moment of peace in the middle of your busy day. Just put in your earbuds and give yourself a 5 minute mini respite.
