Breathing is one of the most powerful healers that you have available to you at all time. Its amazing what just one minute of intentional breathing can do to change your day, feelings and view at any given moment. Imagine you have the power in your own body to heal yourself. Start your day before you get out of bed with one minute of breathing. Before you think about all the things that are in store for you when your feet hit the ground. Close your eyes and just breath. Watch in go in and out. As you watch, feel your body, pay attention to where you feel tense. Play with the breath and bring it to where the tension is. No I am not being cheeky with my words, lol. Relax the muscles that are reacting to your breath. Resist the urge if you mind wants to wander. You can quite the chatter for 60 seconds.
In the middle of your day, if you find you are frustrated, stressed or tense. Repeat the process for another minute. Below you will find a helpful video to assist you.
